Erica Kiefer established herself as a certified and licensed Recreational Therapist in 2007 after graduating from Brigham Young University in 2006. With her degree in Recreation Management, she has served with at-risk youth over the years both as a professional in residential treatment and volunteering with children who have experienced grief and trauma. Having lost her first child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Erica uses her personal experiences and career background to support others through challenging life experiences. She loves utilizing games and team-building activities to tackle such heavy emotional topics, with goals to help participants feel supported, safe, and comfortable enough to share their pain with others. Having published a book about her own personal loss (Borrowed Angel), Erica continues to utilize social media and write on the topic of grief, loss, but most importantly, the hope that can be found in healing. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and four children.
